Video A & B show the same sequence, the soundtrack of video A suits more the animation in rhythm and "electronic spirit". I added video B just for the pleasure of playing Pink Floyd, plus it gives a trippy vibe.

overall, i really like the two versions of your video. If I had to pick only one, I would go with the top (first) version.
In the beginning, soundtrack for the bottom (second) video did not seem/feel coordinated. However it did fit the pace (in the newer clips) after 1:15 of the video.
and on a side note, b/c of the two videos start the same, someone who has seen the first version may ignore the second version.. especially if it is not clearly stated that the two videos are different versions.
(and one more thing, you can post to youtube then embed the youtube link into your blog. the resolution from youtube is slightly better)
oh!! the most important reason to post on youtube.. you generate more hits for your videos and... youtube videos can go FULL SCREEN!!! I think yours definitely does benefit from a larger view/screen that allow a person to move their eyes around (along with the beat)
